With a turnover of almost EUR 80 million in 2019 and locations in Europe, the USA and China, GRG is one of the leading players in its market.

The Transaction

Against the backdrop of the expected effects of the Corona crisis on the market segments relevant to GRG, the existing group financing structure was expanded to include loans with a total volume of approximately EUR 10 million with the integration of KfW's government "Corona Programmes.
